No. Just keep it as a throwing knife and buy another knife for cutting stuff.

Well when I say cutting stuff, I mean mostly just using it to open boxes from the mail and other packages like that.

You could probably do that with your fingernail as well if it came to it, which is softer than that knife. Looks like you're all set and don't need to do anything to that blade for your intended purposes.
