Sandshark Desert Knifeworks.
I assume that "Sandshark" is the name of the knife, and "Desert Knifeworks" is the mfg'er.
Since this is your first post, just a tip: these kinds of "what knife is", or "what knife should" questions belong in "General Knife Discussion".
"Shoptalk" is mostly for DIY. Lucky for you, I wander around.
One final heads-up. Registered users, like you and me, are not allowed to ask what knives, or other items, are worth.
