Unknown mark an E then a Fish?

I just saw a nice damascus custom but the only makers mark was and E with what looked like a fish below it. It was hand engraved and also had a # on the tang and sorry I dont have pictures. So anybody recognize this makers mark?

Wow that was quick. Yep that sounds like him and I found a knife of his online with the same mark. Also the knife was thought to have been bought in Hawaii and on his website he says he use to live there so think its him.
