Unmarked WWII style KA-BAR? ONTARIO? IMPERIAL??

Hi I am a new member . When I left the Marine Corps in 76' I took my KA BAR with me . It is not marked either . No clue why, but this is what I was issued .
I'll see if I can take a pic or two.

Here it is . The oics make it look much worst than it is ! But I'll oil her up.

Sure looks like a government issue for the time period (1976). There were three companies that had government contracts to make these with the dark brown color on the handles and sheaths.

Normally they would be marked but it's not impossible for an occasional knife to be missed. Nice knife!
