Great pictures!
That remind me of when I was doing a duck study in the arctic, and while doing cliff top recon for spots that Eider ducks could access the ocean I had a Peregrine rise straight up in front of me as I was on the edge of the cliff (must have had a nest under me)! It and its partner took turns dive bombing me from opposite directions!! I had to flatten on my back as I tried to "crawl" backward while trying to keep an eye on both at the same time. They were very co-ordinated attackers, so much so that I had to hit one with the hiking staff I had as it got WAY too close. I hated hitting it, but I was on the other side of a 25KM lake 800KM away from a "town" so an injury would have been awful.
I keep trying to figure out where the pics are- just today Juli and I had a conversation of how in the city we could take so many pics that look like they are in the middle of nowhere.
