Unsual 110

I've seen those [or similar] before...I believe it's from a beginner knife mangler...He's most likely more experienced now... :D:thumbup:

Looks like whoever did the job on that 110, couldn't tell their brass from a hole in the wall. :p

verrrry instructing,,,
seems to be a employees knife

well i did some checking ....
the first few years of makeing sales display 110's showing the working parts

quote "It is a Buck demo acrylic on blade stamp side only."

I wuz gonna say that!!:rolleyes::rolleyes::D

I've seen a couple without the acrylic like Dave mentioned. You might even run across one that was completely assembled, then portions ground away to expose the inner workings of the knife. These were made so that we could see the interelationship of the parts. We would make dimensional changes, assemble the knife, then grind parts away to see if all the parts were getting along with each other.

All, most interesting! :) Thanks TripleE for the photos.:) I'm embarassed to admit it but I had never seen the "inner-workings" of a 110 and really didnt have a clear understanding of how the thing worked! :confused:
I thought it was magik.:eek: Or maybe gnomes!
