I’m sure nobody will remember this one, it’s from around 2010, or maybe earlier. This is from when I was still using my coal forge for heat treating. Front part of blade was a convex grind, rear part was scandi grind, with black heat treat scale left on. Handle was maple. I remember the guy who ordered it was from Canada, but I can’t remember his name.

That’s pretty cool. Seems like it would make a good all around outdoor knife. Can’t remember ever seeing anything like it.

I remember that one! I believe it was Pitdog's knife.

Not Pitdog, it was another guy from Canada. I think he had something to do with the forest service or parks. He was really active on the old Wilderness and Survival Skills forums, back when it was good.

That sounds so familiar John, might come to me if I think about it long enough

I had three Canadian customers back then, Pitdog, and two others, can’t remember the names of either one. Those were the days when you, Tony Montero, Rockywolf, and Reuben were all active. I still have every magazine article Reuben ever wrote about my knives, as well as the ones Steven Dick wrote in Tactical Knives and other magazines.
