maybe you guys can help me... i bought a large Old Timer at a flea market -- folding hunter pattern -- has stamp on master blade tang "SCHRADE USA 25OT". now, i've never heard of a 25 OT stamp, nor have i ever seen a knife of this type made by old timer. it's in good condition, and the man who sold it to me said it was from the late 1950's, although i'm not sure how correct he is. please get back to me with any possible info.

Someone must have a better book than I do, however, Schrade did make a 25OT Alaskan folding hunter, 5-1/4".Unfortunatly, my book
has more of Case knives and everything else is on three pages!Sorry, thats all I came up with.

To Alex: The Old Timer 25OT was manufactured from 1964 until 1993. The stamp on your knife indicates that it was one that was manufactured some time after 1973. Those manufactured between 1964 and 1973 were stamped "Schrade Walden".
