Question Up/Down Arrows in Margin

On the right margin of a thread page, or any other page for that matter, there is a pale blue box with an up arrow and a down arrow. Is there a way to delete this box so it doesn't show?
 
Just close your eyes...:rolleyes:
 
Switch styles to another style, such as the default.
