This was a slow, but fun one. A good friend's father knows I love old carbon steel to make things out of, so he dug up his father's old busted up WW2 machete blade from the junk pile in his shed. I couldn't save it as a machete as someone had been cutting through nails or screws at the base of the blade, so I decided to save as much of the old blade as possible and make something new. Grinding the new shape was SLOW as I tried to preserve the original temper, but eventually I ended up with a nice little camp knife.

OAL is 12" with a 4" handle made of Padauk and pinned with brass.

Asking $70 Paypal F&F to scarysamcary at gmail.com (My account is not set up for G&S, but I will stake my account and reputation on you receiving your knife or being made whole)
