The new model. Comes with that Leather/Nylon combo holster, or I have one just the nylon. They are still sealed in their original packaging. I don't believe bits were included.
 
I'll take a wave if you'll send it to Canada. There should be a couple bits that come in the wave. If it's all the stuff that came stock they'll be in there.

I would have to check how much more shipping would cost to Canada than the lower 48, I may have to add on a few bucks. PM me your postal code so I can check on that for you. The only bits that come with a wave stock are "INCLUDED BITS: Phillips and Flat Tip Eyeglasses Screwdriver Bit, Phillips #1-2 and 3/16" Bit" - taken from the leatherman website. It does not include an extended bit driver, the bit kit that comes with the two card holders, or any other bits that are not already on the tool. This is described on leatherman's site.

Any updates on the shipping? You can just ship it the cheap way and cut it out of the clam shell if that helps
