UPDATE: Here is Mateo's rehandled Camillus from my 2,000 post GA

Sorry to be so late drawing the winner on this giveaway. We had friends over tonight, and after cleaning the kitchen following their departure, I just now had time to conduct the drawing.

Thanks to all who entered. I am doing this the old fashioned way, drawing a number out of a hat.

Here is my son drawing the winning number out of the hat as I held it above his line of sight.

Merry Christmas lutejones! Please send me a PM with your mailing address.

Remember, you can take it as is, or I can send it to Glenn for new handles from his existing stock. Let me know what you want me to do with it.

Jeff also made a generous offer with regard to handle material in his second post.

Congratz to the happy winner! :) Thanks for the nice GA, Doug! Merry Christmas to you all!

Congratulations Lute!

Thanks for the giveaway Doug. That's a good looking little peanut and it will be stellar with new covers.

Congratulations! Thanks again for the giveaway Doug, great knife - and quite a nice-looking hat if I may say so! :)

Congrats to Mateo, and thanks to Doug for this giveaway.
Obviously, if the knife is rehandled, there will be nothing wrong in posting pictures of it once it gets to Spain...

Meeeee!!!

Yeeeeahhhh!!!

Thank you very much Doug, I never win anything.
I'll send you the address soon enough.
For the new handle, please it would be an honour if choose the material yourself Doug I'm sure it would be nice.
This subforum is the best place on the web without a doubt.

Thank you for offering me the honor of selecting Mateo, but how about if you and Glenn consult and he can make suggestions based on what he has in stock?

The Camillus pony jack is on the way to the bone doctor for new handles before making its way across the Atlantic to Mateo. Thanks again Glenn, for your generous and kind offer, which made this giveaway so much better!

Mateo's Camillus 22 pony jack just returned from being rehandled by glennbad. What a huge improvement!

Wow that looks great, congrats, really nice job on the scales Glennbad, very impressive.

Ollalla ... what a beautiful dress she got! I really like the jigging on the bone and the polished bolsters.

Thanks for sharing this nice pic, Doug! Mateo - I´m sure you´ll be very happy with your new beauty :)

I know, I know I should appreciate the old scales on the knife, the old pits and scratches and stains that tell the story of where the knife has been and what it took to earn that kind of battle damage. I should appreciate all the folklore that we attach to a well worn tool.

But it is really hard to do that after seeing Glenn's refurb. WOW. What a gorgeous knife, and what great work. I like the refurb much better. It's gorgeous!
