I originally started this thread to gauge what the Professional Soldier Insingo model was like. Instead of starting a new thread I'm going to leave my feedback here now that I've got the knife and used it for the last couple of days.
When I got this knife I immediately put it in my pocket and carried it to dinner with my wife. The knife is so thin that it doesn't really print much at all. It was pretty comfortable overall. I then carried it today in my back pocket. Again, hardly noticeable. There were only a few times that I felt it.
The knife is pretty comfortable. It is a 3 finger grip with my pinkie resting on the butt of the knife. The edges are rounded and feel good. The knife came razor sharp and the edge really pops against the black coating. This knife doesn't feel as natural in my hand as a folder but it also doesn't have as long of a handle. I bought this knife to wear as a neck knife around the house when i'm in gym shorts whether opening packages or doing some yard work and can't carry my folder. For that roll it will excel. This knife would not replace my folder - not because of any inherent design of the knife but because I've tried the whole fixed instead of a folder thing and I didn't see any positives in my daily carry for "strength" but saw plenty of negatives for convenience. I wouldn't EDC this daily as a neck knife because I don't really like a knife hanging from my neck in public; I'll stick with a folder.
I've owned a few of these neck knives and I would say that this is my favorite. The Insingo blade shape/grind will lend well to utility chores (although I like the drop point on my Inkosi better) and it is light, thin, and made of great steel. This thing is a winner if you're into the small fixed blade/neck knife thing.
