Time to cull the herd a bit. Most of these knives have been carried and used to varying degrees, and I'll explain in individual descriptions.

Sorry if the photos aren't the greatest (cell phone, bright sun, late afternoon). If you have questions about specific photos, or want to request a specific angle, let me know and I'll try to accommodate.

1. Queen #48 Whittler in Amber Carved Bone Stag. Carried a bit, not really used much. 3.5" D2 Blades are "Queen sharp", which means they're dull. ACBS is dyed bone carved to resemble stag horn. Great knife, just needs proper edges. Includes box. Asking $55. SOLD!.

2. Cold Steel Junior Stockman. Camillus manufactured. Unused, uncarried, but I did polish it up a bit because it showed some discoloration from age/storeage. Carbon V (0170-6C) steel blades. Black jigged delrin scales (no cracks). This is a stout, tough little knife (thicker than any other its size). 3 1/4" closed. Includes box. Asking $40. SOLD!

3. Moore Maker 3300. Camillus manufactured. Yellow delrin scales. Crack by pin on shield side. 0170-6C carbon steel blades. 3 1/4" closed. Nice little knife, better made than the Moore Makers currently manufactured by Utica or Bear. Great if you want a yellow handled carbon steel knife but are bored with Case. Mirror polished blades are still shiny, but with an age spot here and there. No box. Asking $25. SOLD!

4. Camillus #72 "Carpenter's Whittler". Yellow delrin (no cracks). Used and carried, and the edges have been touched up with ceramic, but not reprofiled. Small clip blade has a slight bit of wobble, the other blades are tight, and the main blade snaps like an alligator. Stainless steel blades (most likely 440A), carbon steel backsprings which have mostly blackened with age. 3 5/8" closed. The #72 makes a great EDC with its unique blade selection, and is increasingly hard to find (especially with a flat-ground blade with no etching). Includes box. Asking $35. Sale pending.

5. Camillus half congress. Polished stainless steel blades, jigged delrin handles. Crack on shield side at spring pin. Discoloration/age on backspring. It's a hair under 3 1/8", and very light and thin. Mostly unused/uncarried by me, but I'm not the original owner. Blades are full. Main blade rubs the liner a tad. Includes box. Asking $15. Sale pending.

6. GEC Tidioute #33 Conductor in buffalo horn. The blades are shiny, but have some spotting/discoloring, particularly towards/on the spine, and as well on the backspring (but no pitting or red rust). The vendor I purchased it from had it erroneously listed as having 440C stainless steel, which is why the blades are no longer pristine because I neglected it a bit. The Tidioute etching on the clip is mostly gone (just the shadow of it remains) from trying to polish it out. Still, it's a great little pocket knife, and if you plan on letting a patina develop, none of the discoloration will matter. I carried it a bit, and have touched up the blades with ceramic. Includes tube. Asking $65. SOLD!

7. GEC Northfield UN-X-LD #61 half congress in burnt stag. Carried a couple times, fondled more. Both blades have some marks from blade rub. Blades and backspring have a couple spots of discoloration, and the etching on the sheepsfoot is faded in some spots from a bit of polishing. Serial #22 (1 of 50). Includes tube. Asking $80.

8. Case 3318SS in smooth chestnut bone. Color is more brown and less orange than appears in the pictures. Not carried, but I touched up the wire edges with ceramic. Also filed down the kick of the sheepsfoot a bit so it wouldn't sit quite so proud. Includes box. Asking $30. Sale pending.

9. Case 1974 6 dot 6332. Not used nor carried, but has a couple of spots from age. Blades have half-stops, and snap with authority. Great vintage Case red bone. No box. Asking $60. SOLD!.

10. Kissing Krane congress. Made in 1979, from what I could gather. Stag handles, "Rostfrei" blades. Despite being "rostfrie", there has been some discoloration on some spots on the blades, and on the backspring. Great blade selection. No box. Asking $40.

11. Victorinox Pioneer Electrician. Uncarried, but I've used the bottle opener. No box (unless by some miracle I find the darned thing). I didn't bother taking pictures, since it looks like every other one out there. Asking $23.

12. Schrade Old Timer 34OT #1. USA Made, later manufacture (judging by the website on the box). Slight age discoloration on springs. Asking $37. Sale pending.

13. Schrade 34OT #2. Same as above, but as you can see in the pictures, the tip of the sheepsfoot blade wasn't quite "finished" at the factory, hence the lower price. Asking $32. Sale pending.

Again, if you have specific picture requests or questions, ask and I'll do my best.

Shipping will be $6.10 for USPS Priority + DC, whether you buy one knife or all 13, within the USA. I'll ship overseas as well, but any additional costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Payment by PayPal is preferred, no fees to the buyer, unless it's an international payment in which case the buyer will need to cover the exchange rate cost (which should be pretty minimal anyway).

Because I'm selling these to pay bills and hopefully buy a couple new knives, I'm not really looking for trades at this time. 2 specific knives I hope to buy are a GEC Eureka Jack in ivory bone, and a Bull Nose sodbuster in Nifebrite acrylic.

I'm open to reasonable offers, especially if you're purchasing more than one knife. But if you grossly low-ball me, don't expect an answer. While I'm motivated to sell, I'm not motivated to get ripped off, and I don't think my asking prices are unreasonable. I reserve the right to sell or not sell to whom I choose.

Because I'm selling a number of knives, I'm not going to ship as they're sold, but rather I'll ship when I can send several off at once. How soon and how many depends on how my sale goes. At the very latest, I'll ship whatever has been sold on Friday afternoon.

email me at planterz(at)gmail.com or click here.

Thanks for looking.

Well, this is embarrassing...

I can't afford to mail any of the purchases yet. I was going to mail everything off today, but this afternoon I got a friendly text from Verizon telling me to pay my bill to "avoid service interruption". I paid the past-due amount yesterday, but apparently that wasn't enough to prevent it being shut off, so I had to pay more. My phone is my internet (since I haven't paid my past-due cable bill yet ), so unfortunately that had to take priority, and this tapped me out.

I'm waiting for the PP payemt(s) to deposit into my bank account, which hopefully will happen tomorrow, or Friday at the latest. I hope it happens tomorrow, not just so you guys get your knives sooner, but it's supposed to "only" be 109°, whereas Friday it's supposed to hit 113°.

I apologize for the delay. I need to manage my money better (but if I managed my money better, I wouldn't have to sell off these knives in the first place). I'll keep ya'll updated.

UPDATES:

I found the box for the Victorinox Electrician. Still looking to get $23.

Price on the Northfield UN-X-LD reduced to $75 (this is a bargain, I paid $130 for this knife).
