printing one color of ink on the shirt would be slightly cheaper and the large solid coverage of the logo on the back f the shirt won't breathe well... you'll get really sweaty under it.

so i'd suggest printing just the ring, crossed knife and axe and the letters. leave the background out so it can breathe.

so, you could print white, tan or od on a black shirt, black on orange or od shirt... etc.

just a suggestion, but i've designed screen printed apparel in the past and always try to avoid large areas of solid coverage.

Yeah good point. I'd be happy with just that.

Logo B on black, or logo D on Heather gray (no preference on which is picked) 1 pc @ $15, if you get enough to get prices at $10-$12, I'll take 2.

A on heather grey
remember, black shirts are just too hot
and now with global warming and high uv rays..... ;) :D

I agree with Fixer. Not white. Any logo. xl 1x

A, B or D....grey or black shirt, medium, 1 shirt for sure and maybe 2.

I'll also give a +1 to fixer's idea....black on an OD or tan shirt would look great.

I'd go for one, maybe two with A,B, or D on any color other than white in a medium.

I guess Ideally it would be D on black.

I like them all so I'm no help. If I have the funds available and I can get 3XLT or 4XLT (ya, I need to diet) for a buck or two more, I'd hopefully get 1 or 2.

Hi Spark -

1 Logo C on black, XL, will still be in for one if you go with other colors.

best regards -

now, if you wand the background color, you can make is say 70% solid, or a texture or pattern that will let the shirt breathe. that will solve the problem and everyone will be happy.

i'll be happy to do the line art and color separations for this. i just need my new glasses. the printer will usually give you a better price if the art is all ready to go. i've had some printers reduce their setup fee for my art before.

The art is already set up - I provided the files in photoshop format and it'll be good to go. The way things are shaping up, the overwhelming preference seems to be #3 on a black shirt and #2 or #4 on Grey.

Here's a mockup based on fixer's suggestions - single color screen process for front and back, where the image & text is the color of the shirt itself. By going down to single colors, the pricing on the tshirts should be less as well.

I'll update the OP to show this, but I'd like your thoughts.
