Ive been getting alot of new knives since my last collection photo so I thought I would bring them all out again for a new photo shoot. If youve never done this its a fun activity but can take awhile. I aslo made a Excel Spreadsheet of my entire collection and the price paid verse selling value. Anywase heres the pics.

Id love to answer any questions about what the knives are.
Lets see yours....

When I get home I will take some pics of my collection. But where are your sebenzas , lol.... I have sold a lot of my collection to afford my sebenzas, I think they are worth it, but that is just me. Anyhow after I take my pics I think pretty much every knife you will see in my collection will be sold by next week or the week after. Leaving only the sebenzas, and my fathers knives passed down to me (bucks, spyderco, stockman knives, etc..) I do want to get a junkyard dog though, I have heard they fit great in the hand. I want one of the pro series from Gaylean though... JYD + CPM-154 would make an awesome knife.

Wow. Thanks for sharing. The last time I did that was a few years ago and the process took all day. Maybe a cold day this winter I'll update too; you've inspired me. :)

Love the variety! And we have quite a few knives in common. Buck, Gerber, Helle (?), Mora, Spyderco, Schrade Old Timer, Old Hickory (the cleaver?)... I'm a huge fan of the Gerber Silver Knights.

Perhaps you've overdone it though on the Kershaws. ;)

One question, a pair of matched hunting knives in the upper left of your second photo. Who made those? I love the slender design and handles, but can't see what brand they are. Case?

Thanks for the responses, Bob W, I dont have any Helle knives but if your talking about the ones in the top left with the curly maple handle with the small knife next to it those were purchased by me in Sweden this past summer. They are customs that I purchased when attended the Scandinavian Knife Making Championship in Ludvika, Sweden this past year. The cleaver is an Old Hickory. The top two knives on the left are indead Case. They were given to me by my father and he had them as a kid. (hes 55) They are a Piggy back set and go in the same leather sheath.

O and with the Kershaws, I got 20 and still going strong though im only into the limited runs and upgraded steels right now. Although I am on a Spyderco kick right now.

Mike

Hi veubent -

Awesome pics!

I really miss that little JK Scandi passaround knife......

I hope you are putting it through it's paces occasionally!

Thanks for the pics of a great collection.

best regards -

Thanks for the replys. As for my EDC I normally carry my Buck Vantage Pro in S30V because of the deep carry pocket clip for work. When im not working i try and use a different one every day but Id say the most used would be the ZDP-189 Kershaw Blur.

Just added a Koster Kit Knife Nessie in green micarta as well as the new Spyderco Military Ti/M4!!!!!!

Thanks

veubent, you are one lucky lucky man. By the way, if you ever feel like your knives are getting boring or you want to lighten your load....well let's just say you can contact me and we'll talk out your options. Mainly they include sending them to me for proper disposal. Remember, money does not buy happiness :D Generosity does.
