We've had a couple different patch designs in the past, and the current one is awesome, but that doesn't mean that something better isn't down the road. Any of you guys want to try your hand at new designs? Think you can come up with a skull & crossed knife / spoon logo?

EDIT: Proposed new run, based off Design #4 from the previous run:

A: OD Green pics / text & sand / fde background
B: Black pics / text & OD green background
C: Black pics / text & BLAZE ORANGE background
D: Black pics / text & Foliage green background

Beth Ann (no "e"). Someone needs to engage her "artsy-fartsy" skills here. I am sure we have some other graphic designers here in this forum too. Can someone post the past designs for inspiration?

I always like the Bear Gryllis design! :p

I like the original "Starbucks" designs, both the flame and the mountain, but would prefer the green thread be more of an OD. Glad to hear this run will sport Velcro.
 
Here are mine. Aside from Bear Grylls on a spit, I'm not sure if I'm missing some.

yup. i'm just waiting for my new glasses so i can actually work. :cool:

but in the meantime i'm thinking about ideas. i've designed plenty of logos and stuff over the past 23ish years.
 
The exist patch isn't going away, I just wanted to offer more designs.

IIRC the Guy on a Spit one didn't make the cut. There weren't enough people who wanted to order it to get the cost to a reasonable point.

The four that you have are all of them if I'm right about the other one. The first run of the 3-color #2 looked like what PorcupineMtns posted but the color was changed for the second run to what you have.

Hey, Spark, I did some for you about a year ago, then you found that the company still had the original files, so you used those. I could do some more for you if you would like, but it wouldn't be real fast, since I'm spending most of my time at the VA nowadays.

I too would like a subdued version patch. Something black/OD would be great, or in subdued desert colors. :thumbup:
 
I kinda like the guy on the spit...just for humor...if it were a bear on the spit...now that would be fun...
 
I'm fine with doing a run of #4 with OD / Black, Desert / Black or whatever. Does anyone have the original designs on it?
