Stones have shipped. Tom is an honest, friendly guy. Here's hoping he and Ken are able to keep up with demand in the future.

I received a call from Tom who offered a refund. Though he can't assure my goods will ship *soon* I elected to ride out the wait with him .

I ordered 3 stones for my Edge Pro on July 5 paying $12.50 for ups priority mail. Got an immediate automated order acknowledgement saying goods would be shipped once payment was confirmed. No part of my order was listed as out of stock when ordered.

Payment via paypal was deducted from my account 2 days later on July 7.

A week later I sent an email saying the goods hadn't arrived and asking if they'd shipped. No reply.

Another week goes by and I send another email asking for them to confirm a ship date and requesting a refund via paypal if they couldn't confirm that for me.

4 days later and still no reply from them.

I'm peeved at this point at their lack of communication and want to put their name out there for others as being a vendor worthy of caution.

Cancel your order and buy from a more well known place. You can request a refund of the items ordered and if they refuse call your bank.

I ordered a few things from them a couple months ago(a couple edge pro strops and Ken Schwartz' diamond spray). After about a week and no update, I also e-mailed for an update. I received one a few days later stating they were still waiting on the diamond spray and they would ship it as soon as it was back in stock. I received everything about 7-10 days later. I would definitely say they have issues with updating what products are actually in stock and communication, but I'm pretty sure you will ultimately receive what you ordered. If you don't get any response and your timeframes are accurate you can always file a claim on paypal.

I may be wrong but Chefknivestogo sell the same stuff (chosera and Atoma for edge pro), they get supplied by the same guy, Ken Schwartz if I am not wrong. Jende is somewhere in Asia unless they moved here in the US.

CKTG was out of the 3 items I wanted. Jende showed them in stock. Didn't know they were in Asia.

I'm just going to go to paypal to work a refund.
