Upgrade didn't tie to account

I logged in Friday and decided to renew because I was almost to the anniversary date and also decided to upgrade to Gold from Basic. When I went thru the steps, I thought they were asking for the email tied to PayPal and bank account, so I used a different account than I use for BF. I received the emailed receipt, but see my account still shows Basic, can I get this switched over to my real BF email/account?
