I enjoy seeing other people's shop upgrades so here are a couple of mine. I made the forge out of a T-Rex burner and a Sears air compressor tank. The inside is coated with Satanite and it gets orange hot in less than 5 minutes. I used hard fire brick for the floor. Also extended the front with some soft firebricks so I have more room to work with. The whole thing is sitting on a harbor freight 3 shelf cart. The fittings and tubing are screwed into the top shelf on the right side which was turned upside down for a flat surface. I got that great idea from this board. It took me longer to find a nice size tree stump to cut up to hold my anvil than it did to build the forge. I also want to give a shout out Chad Nichols. He helped me cut the front off of the tank and gave me a bunch of kaowool to line the forge with and some good tips on the build.

Just got these in yesterday, my John Perry broaches. After doing some hidden tangs I decided these would be a wise investment. These things are very nice and very sharp. Will be giving these a good workout this weekend. I am really excited about getting a set of these heirloom quality tools. :)

Cool stuff, like the dragon on the forge. Those tools look quality made. Will have to check out his website.
