Over the years I've made several changes to the Atlas forge, which is named after my youngest son, Atlas. The biggest, most significant change has been the introduction of a burner and regulator that I produce. While the MT245C torch is a great torch, it just isn't nearly as hot as an Atlas 30k burner. It bugs me that my son's name is on a few forges out there that aren't as good as they could be. So, I'm offering a very low cost update. For only $20, I'll ship you a new Atlas 30k burner and a 0-20PSI regulator.

Yeah, let me repeat just so there isn't any cornfusion.
For $20, I'll ship you a new Atlas 30k burner and a 0-20PSI regulator.

Send a picture of your forge with the torch to offer@atlasknife.com and I'll send you a coupon for 66% off a new one on my website. No picture, no coupon.
This offer and coupon is good until 15 Dec 2015.

For anyone curious if this thread is allowed in Shop Talk, I have already cleared it with the mods.

Atlas took care of me on the upgrade. Good company!
I haven't had occasion to use the new burner yet, but I have do doubt it will perform as specified.

Nothing beats good customer service, product development, and quality control.

Charles,
This is a really high class offer. Anyone with a Gen1 Atlas can now have a Gen2 for only $20. I hope folks realize how generous this is of you

Anyone with the original sliding rear plate, let me know and I'll also include a replacement brick and rear plate. Why Mitch ever told me the sliding plate was a good idea, I'll never know. Still appreciate the help, Mitch. You're one of the good ones.

That is a gracious offer .. I have one of your original forges and burner , My forge was redone and relined .. I added a T-REX Burner to it and could not be happier with this set up. By relining it I got a little more room and a lot more heat.. But the real reason I am posting is to thank you for coming up with an affordable way for me to get in the door. I was hesitant to start making knives because I just didn't have a lot of cash back then. My skills and ability to make my own stuff has improved since then but again it started me out and that's what counts. So thanks my friend.
