upgrade to gold,please

you do it yourself in your go to usergroup and you will see the gold membership available.
 
top right corner click settings, from there left hand side of that page, go to permission groups, and you will see your gold membership.
 
Give it some time as it has not gone through yet.

A quick way to tell if someone just needs to change their group is to check if they have the private message option when you click the user name.
