Question Upgrading from Basic to Gold

Hello, I just purchased the “Basic Member” membership this morning and realized that I actually wanted the “Gold”. Is there any way to get a refund for the Basic so I can purchase the Gold? Thanks for your help.

Don't think you can get a refund, but if you buy the Gold, the remaining Basic will extend the Gold, but it will be prorated since the Gold costs more. In your case, since you just bought the Basic today, it should extend your Gold by 4 months, since it is 1/3 the price.
