Upgrading to Gold

I'm not sure if this is the right spot, but I purchased a Gold membership upgrade almost 2 weeks ago, but haven't seen a change in my account. I tried e-mailing someone (can't remember who, just forwarded my e-mail receipt with a quick note), but still haven't heard anything. Can someone let me know who I need to talk to (especially if this isn't the right place)?
