Hi: can you explain how to attach and upload a picture instead of using a hyperlink to a website. I don't know how to upload pictures, Thanks for a reply

The best way is to open an account at a photo hosting site like www.photobucket.com
They will provide the URL for each of your pictures that you can copy & paste here.

ETA: Registered users can't host pics on BFC, so you'll need to upgrade or host them on another site.
