Just upgrade my Android. Immediately had problems posting photos so I tried a new way. It worked great!
I went to playstore, downloaded an app called; " Lit Photo". It will downsize pixels on photos taken on your phone.
Give it a try if your having issues...
 
I cannot get Flickr or imgur to work. I do believe i am following all the steps. Brackets and no brackets, still just get

I've been using TinyPic. Fairly easy and straightforward. You can preset the resolution you want your pics uploaded as, or change on the fly. Then just grab the link on the left sidebar.
