uploading pictures

For some reasn I can not upload pictures anylonger, they are jpeg pic and I get a error that this is not a valid picure file, any sugestions. Only happend since server switched?

It is a known ISSUE and has been posted in the Service & Support by several folks including myself, still not working. Spark said they were working on solution. I can't upload, but I can use pictures already posted.
