Ups just ran !!!!

The UPS truck just ran by the house & guess what he dropped off for me :confused: My BK-9/BK-13 :eek:The wife wasn't home at the time so I opened it (wasn't supposed to until Feb.18 -my B-day) I took a few quick pics & then packaged it back up :D This knife is a real Beast !!! & the little BK13 is a nice little PSK knife ! The sheath is ...ok . I'll tell more after i use it .

looks like an awsome gift. i got to handle some beckers at a knife store about a month ago, and although they arent really the style of knife i typically go for, they are pretty nice. the handles are also very comfortable for me.

I don't know yet , I'l lpack it around a time or two & see how it feels. as of now I'm thinking Camp Blade. Thanks, I love the RIA 1911, you can't beat it for the $$$ !

I got that set for Christmas and I really like it a lot.

I haven't done much with it yet, honestly, but it's a solid set. I agree, the sheath is average but it seems on par with previous offerings and it is easily functional.

How does the handle feel? I am thinking of picking one up and making some custom handle scales for it. I love the looks of it but the handle just looks BIG to me.

I was also out of touch right during that time, and really wish that I hadn't missed that order. I certainly would love a few, and I'm keeping alert for the next order.
 
Hi Coaldigger that is one cool knife. I have had a few of the becker type knives but did not like those plastic type handles. If you ever want some other handles put on that bad boy let me know. I might be able to help you out LOL.

I do think you should send the BK13 to me....... Why you ask, easy you opened your BD present before you should have and if your wife finds out .... No on here is going to help you out. Heck even your dog would turn on you ( yea he knows who makes the good food). The BK13 should keep me from telling.

That is a good pair you got there. I like the BK13 alot just the right size to keep it on you. Post your likes and dislikes of each when you use it..

Nice blade that and it certainly looks to have a beefy handle.

I had a camillus one until recently and it was a hell of a blade for the money. Took a really good edge and bit deep on every swing. Only problem I had was it got stuck quite a lot, I don't know if that was due to me driving it too deep when chopping or if it was down to the thinness of the blade.
 
Nice one man, how is the quaility of the new beckers over all?
Im thinking of asking the GF for a BK2 for my birthday, worth it?:D
