UPS problem

I have ordered some nice toys from Larry at Blade Art and it was shipped on 06/25. UPS has routed it incorrectly and the package was sent to a wrong UPS facility during transit from FL to CT. When I noticed the mistake thru the UPS tracking system, I email and called them on the phone but was told that the package will get to my location as scheduled. The package was supposed to arrive today, 06/28 but there was no delivery!

UPS always been pretty good and I don't mind a one time screw up, but their tracking system never updated any additional info after they have discovered the package was routed incorrectly and no info was found on that package since 06/26!

I just wonder if anyone share the same situation and how can I trace the package if it does not arrive next Monday (07/01) UPS just email and suggested that I contact Blade Art and have them put a tracer on the pacakage.:(
 
Other than checking the tracking number yourself again on Monday, what UPS suggested was about the only other thing that can be done. If the shipper calls to check on what happened to the shipment, UPS will do a more thorough job of looking for it. It will probably take them a few days.

I have had packages from UPS take an extra couple of days to arrive and that waas when they were properly routed. I would not panic just yet. I would however contact Larry on Monday and have him start looking into where your package has gone.
