One of my latest fixed blades.
9" AISI 5160 steel blade, handrubbed - 14 3/4" Overall length. Full flat tang. Fileworked spine.
Bolsters and pommel in texturized nickel silver. Natural topaz mounted in gold in one side.
Handle slabs in ebony, with oval details for owners' initials in sterling silver. Thicker in the middle for better grip.
Hand made criollo style decorated leather sheath with a fleur de lis detail in sterling silver.
This is the traditional sheath style real gauchos used (and still use nowadays) to carry their knives.
