Greetings everyone, Here’s an upswept little Bird n Trout in NitroV ready for your next walkabout. Hope you like it!
Dimensions - 1/8” x 9” OAL and 1 1/4” tall (blade height 7/8”) – 4 5/8” from tip to scales – Hand sanded to 1200 grit for a clean satin finish. Edge before sharpening was .01” or so and it balances in front of the vertical liner.
The sculpted Jacaranda scales are lavender dyed and stabilized by K&G, and lined with orange G10. The handle is sanded to1200 grit and affixed with 1/8” brass pins. It’s finished with multiple coats of Danish oil then buffed with carnauba wax. The handle feels great in my average size hand. Sheath is a snug fit with great retention yet easy to deploy.
