Urban Blade Play

Just got an Urban Wharncliffe... Like it, but there's significant blade play and a gap between scale and spring. Warranty, or just tighten the screw? Will it stay tight?

Try tightening first, it should stay tight just fine. After tightening, if there is still a lot of play, send it in. Should lock up super tight. Mine has a very strong lockup

No it dosnt, its a slipit so there is no lock :p

I know what you mean, the two I have do snap open and sit nicely with no gaps or play.

I would tighten the pivot and give it a day or two to seat in and see if that clears things up.
 
The lock is broken on my UKPK... :mad:

Shouldn't have any side to side play. Check pivot tightness. Also try backing out the screws a little bit on the handle and pivot, and then carefully retightening everything.
 
Went to the store and got the right Torx bit for the pivot. Now I realize each of the three screws calls for a different size Torx... silly.
