Urban Dead Revisited

The Anthony Building is wide open...

You are inside the Anthony Building. The building has been lightly barricaded. Also here are George V Magrobanter (50HP), Jack Slade (57HP), biddybiddybadboy (47HP), zeffer (32HP) and Jonny 2time (44HP).

Somebody has spraypainted Entry Point, Keep VSB++ onto a wall.

There are five other zombies here. You recognise DedVet amongst them.

There is a dead body here.
 
I'm down here trashing the place. Forget about the Anthony Building; an entrance point is an entrance point, regardless of whether it's been cracked or not. I took out the gennies in the auto shop and hospital nearby and I've been pressing my attacks on those two buildings.

"GRS is gay" is spraypainted on the auto shop. I can't help but feel a bit of pride at that. My efforts have obviously been productive. I kick the door down ~0900 PST, destroy gennies and radios, bite everyone present, and drag folks out the door if I have the AP for it. I end (and sometimes begin) every attack with a Groan, so keep your ears open.

The resource buildings are key. Auto shops supply generators and fuel. They are the top priority. After that come NT buildings and malls, but the easy supply of gennies must be the first to go. Expect to see a decrease in lighted buildings over the next few days now that the source lost its own genny. Clearing and ransacking the building would be optimal but this will work for the time being. I will be keeping an eye on it and will trash it again if they get the power back up.

If you are lacking other targets, go after resource buildings with the lights on and take out the genny first. Survivors can eke out a pitiful existance in a suburb without lights but they cannot thrive without gennies or fuel and searching becomes far more difficult without the lights on. Remove the gennies and the survivors will leave.

Are we still attacking here? I seldom see other zombies.
 
Dave, I just dropped a survior to 40HP before he took me out, then I stood up again and got another one (with his own help, infectious bite) down to 20hp outside Anthony. Let me know where you are. I was expecting some more zombies though?
 
I'm hanging around Popham Auto Repair and St. Boniface's Hospital, just east of the mall. Or was...I've probably taken a Headshot since then.

Was that you guys smashing up the Anthony Building this morning? Someone was having a time there. I considered assisting but got into the hospital instead. One way or another, they're going to learn to stop putting gennies in there...
 
Actually, I broke in there to revive a brain-rot that needs a flak jacket...they just made it easy by sleeping through the whole thing.
 
Some guy named Sheckie combat revived me. I thanked him by smashing five gennies before my ammo ran out, then got a few more with my hands.

If they didn't like GRS before, they're going to like him even less the next time that they log on...
 
i was in the hospital when you destroyed the genny...got combat revived, too, so i thought why not tear down the cades from the inside :D
 
My zombah spy (okay, my combat revived zombie) launched a cunning attack and knocked out most of the resource building gennies in the entire suburb, including the mall and several of the NT buildings. If you were waiting for a good time to raise some hell, this might be it. They'll probably find me if they look hard enough and I can't count on being able to do this again for a while. I've already made two lists.

Keno? Forget the barricades. Tear up their generators instead, particularly in the auto body shops. (Fuel source for other generators.) Don't bother with the generators in the non-resource buildings, they are a waste of gennies and fuel and a rather stupid plan by the suburb's residents to confuse the zombies. ("What? Survivors are not hiding in the resource buildings? IT CANNOT BE! WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT IT?")

Seriously, these idiots deserve to lose their suburb. Were it not for the tremendous mismatch in numbers and the 5 (or is it 6?) NT buildings and a mall nearby, they would have lost it long ago. Any word on when a mob will come through?
 
I am back at zyphers place, had some fun tearing up a PD on the way back home. I think I will go zombie again after doing some coordination. seriously, we should work together and concentrate on one target at a given time. it sucks breaking in and infecting some people only to be killed, without them loosing their resource building. also, i cant get EHB cades down on my own and still do decent damage (if at all).

I dunno about the mob. Nasty, whats going on?
 
I think the Bash has moved on...too boring.

I'm still in the area and would be glad to help anything that would produce some fun though.
 
Stay right there guys. I have a couple hunters headed that way and a lvl 42 zombie. Should be fun. :)
 
I'm still human. Despite PK'ing several NT's and destroying half the gennies in the suburb (including the mall), I haven't been harmed or even spoken to. I've restocked ammunition and intend to go on another spree tomorrow.
 
Taken care of...and the mall, and the hospitals, and the one remaining auto body shop with a running generator. There are no remaining resource buildings in the southern half of the suburb with lights on. I've got enough ammo left for another run tomorrow if I survive the night.

I don't know why they haven't found me yet -- Ted found me with no problems. :)
