Urban EDC employs good folks who can sometimes be difficult to reach.
I hope posts such as this will encourage them to pay more attention to customer communications.
I wish they -- as well as other retailers and manufacturers-- still had published phone numbers with knowledgeable employees to answer questions.
Here's my update.
Finally got in touch with them through text. I'll bet my emails were all going to spam.
They responded back and after a bit of time I got a replacement set of ti screws for what I think was a great deal.
Very happy with my experience with these guys.
