Urban PSK: What'd I miss?

A phone card or coins! or a mobile phone is also a good addition it can be use for calling loved ones so as not to worry them, for help, etc etc... but get one where it will not attract too much attention or troublem might find you a prepaid one is good

Finally getting around to it, I thought I'd post some pix of my MUSK (Mini Urban Survival Kit).
Sorry 'bout the crappy pics...

So far the kit contains the following:
Leatherman Squirt P4
Tweezers
Mini Bic
Amonia Inhalent (X1)
Iodine capsule (X1)
Elastic "band-aid" (X3)
Antibiotic Ointment (X2)

A small tin containing the following:

Hydrocortizone cream (X1)
Tums (X3)
Ex. Strength Tylenol (X2)
Advil (X4)
Prescription Medication (X5/ 5 day supply)
Dental Floss

All of this fits into a small zippered pouch that fits in the breast pocket of my Carhart coat. It also has a velcro loop on the back that makes it possible to carry on a belt when a coat/jacket isn't needed.

I got the case with a Naneu Pro Camera bag I bought last year. The case is designed to carry 6 AA bateries and has two pockets for additional SD/XD cards.

let me know what you think,

Chris

Almost forgot,

Along with this kit my EDC items are:
BenchMade Mini Griptilian 556
Full size Bic Lighter.

At work (for the Bug-In situations) is a portable radio with AM/FM/UHF/VHV for the trek home if the need arises.

A word about band-aids... I only buy the cloth ones, mostly because they stay on better on knuckles elbows, and the other bendy places you're most likely to get a cut. As it happens, some people's skin is also really irritated by latex ones, I think it's actually an allergy. Just a thought...

The band-aids I have in read "elastic" on the label but are the cloth type for the reasons you mentioned.
As for the compass, I have a Brunton that was in the kit but had to take it out to make room for other stuff. I'll be picking up one of the Marbles type pin-on compass to attach to the outside.

Rupe, nice compact kit!
I believe you are more likely to have it with you, if it's not a big pain in the butt to carry around.

Good idea to have a radio with you at work. My chief objective will be to determine when I head home. The radio should hopefully provide a clue as to what is gonig on outside, and whether roads are closed, or passable.
Good idea.
