Urethane coated wheels?

Does anyone know how to apply a two part urethane to a 10" dia, 2" wide, aluminum belt grinder wheel. Bader is really behind in sending out grinder wheels at this time. My understanding is that the knifemaker in South Africa is no longer making wheels.
I need to know what chemicals to mix and how to apply. Also, how do you control the hardness of the finished wheel?

Thanks, this looks like a good possibility, but I need to make 30 wheels at this time so it would be a lot more economical if I can figure out a way to do it myself. The aluminum wheels are already made.
