I would say CPM Rex 121 but it doesnt meet the %12 chromium needs to meet stainless requirements. Also I dont know if it will take a hamon.....sorry mang

This purchase will be my one "do it all" knife. I have only but a few requirements that the knife must meet-

* unconditional lifetime warranty
* edc capable/light weight
* hi carbon or tool steel
* thick enough to pry with
* able to easily chop when need be
* stainless
* can handle batoning through hard woods, frozen animals, cast iron pipes
* rc hardness of 64 minimum
* visible hamon
* can flex to 90 degrees and return to true
* makes people jealous when they see it
