Heather said they are low on stock for damascus = (
Only one readily available is Zebra -- not my taste.

Also they do not do Turkish Twist.
They only offer Raindrop, Banded Laddar, and Spirograph.

So I will take in the S30V as-is and get an extra Banded Laddar Stainless Damascus when it is available.
