Urgent -- please pray for my wife

Thank you everyone. Our prayers were answered. They couldn't identify the source of her chest pains, but they ran enough tests to rule out life-threatening causes.

Sometimes stress can be so great that it causes arteries in the chest or heart to spasm. This causes transient chest pains or a brief pseudo heart attack. Being under stress makes you more vulnerable to this happening, but some people get into this condition from fear reactions. It can be caused by stage fright for example. Anyway, its a good wake up call to evaluate what stress your wife might be under lately.
 
I'm glad to hear it's under some kind of control. Jeff's right, too. This is a good time to figure out what else it could be.
 
Great to hear things are OK. I 100% agree with Jeff and Esav.
