urgent Rayskin help!

hey everybody...
i am running down to the wire.. and my rayskin finally came in for a job. and it was TANNED! i was rather upset, i had asked the seller (ebay) to make sure it WASNT tanned...
i have always ues the rawhide type of rayskin for japanese knives..

first..can i use this leather kind?
and more importantly

WHERE CAN I GET SOME RAWHIDE RAYSKIN REALLY FAST?
