US Model 1852 Navy Officer's Sword maker?

Hello Gents! Just acquired this gem and Im looking to sell it. (not my thing) anyway I cant for the life of me find a makers mark on the sword to make a sale listing. Ive scoured the web looking and all I can find are Horstman and Luxenburg but this example does not seem to be ether. It has the "proved" inlay-ed mark but no other marks on the sword or scabbard. --engraving has been smudged until sale--
