I had a great experience with USA Made Blade recently.

I went to order a DPx HEST/F Elmax folder because of USA Made Blade's discount in the thread: DPX Hest Special on all Folders (including Elmax).

Well, the discount code would not work in several attempts. So, I gave up and went about finding it at a discount elsewhere but in the meantime I also posted in that thread regarding the issue.

Whitty contacted me in that thread and several Private Messages. Not only did he fix the problem with the discount code but gave me an additional $10 off for my troubles. I placed the order with no further issues on June 12th. Order was shipped and I received it today (June 14th).

Great customer service.
 
I was going to start a thread about USA Made Blades, but saw this so I'll just add to it.

I ordered a ZT 801cf and paid a bit over retail - (late to the party). I was expecting a new knife , but when it came it had light wear marks around the clip and had lint on the liners. It was obvious the knife had been used. I emailed Whitty notifying him the knife had been used and inquired if it was advertised as used (I hadn't seen any notice indicating it was used). I let him know the price was already a bit out of my comfort zone as new, but I just couldn't stomach the price for a used 801cf.

Whitty responded within the hour and indicated there was a disclaimer that it was a used knife and had light wear. Apparently the disclaimer appeared after adding the knife to my cart. He acknowledged the disclaimer should have been on the first page. Whitty offered to give me a 100% refund, or he would re-negotiate the price and credit me $100. Taking $100 off the price made it much more palatable. It could have been a real crappy experience, but Whitty made it right. Stand up guy.

I've never had anything but good dealings with Whitty. He even offered to send me his personal 0801 when I had problems with the lock up on one I bought and had to send it back to ZT.
