Just wanted to share a recent experience I had with USA MADE BLADE that reminds me why they will always be my go to shop in the USA.
Firstly, I'm Canadian. And in Canada we deal with a severe lack of stock and choices in terms of brands but also 30-50% mark up, which just sucks. I had found USA MADE BLADE a while ago when I ordered a Tops BOB through them and had a great experience. The fact that they offer free shipping to the US and Canada is just mind blowing to me.
I have been waiting for them to stock the LT Wright GNS since they started to stock LT's knives, as it a knife I have been after for a while and you just can't get it in Canada. I was in no rush and like buying from trusted sources, if you do right by me you will earn a loyal customer, so I waited despite them being available elsewhere. After buying a strop I casually told Scott (Whitty on the forums) that I always anxiously await their new LT shipments hoping they'll get a GNS in. He told me that he would be going to Blade Show and could pick one up for me and asked for the variant I was after. I told him. Blade Show came and went and true to his word, he picked up the GNS I was looking for, which came in the mail today. Now, I know there are variances in mail times (My BOB took almost 3 weeks), but I received my knife within a week from the US to Canada which just adds to the overall happy feeling I have right now in having purchased my GNS from USA MADE BLADE.
Scott, over at USA MADE BLADE, is just a great guy who is super good at responding to e-mails and any questions you may have. His customer service is second to none and deserves all the good word and praise he gets.
You have a loyal customer in me and I thank you for helping me acquire a knife I have been after for a long time. To any and all Canadians looking for a place to buy across the border rest assured that USA MADE BLADE will take care of you.
