I had a pretty long and detailed phone conversation with Scott at USA Made Blade yesterday afternoon prior to buying a knife I was interested in but had never handled. In fact, I could't get through on the phone when I called him and was just about to go in a different direction when Scott called me back. I hadn't left message or call back number... he's just that attentive to his customer's contact efforts.
He was patient, listened to my description of what I needed, got out the knife I wanted, checked everything for me, answered a lot of questions, and boxed up that very same knife (at my request) to send to me when I placed the order. That was mid-afternoon on Tuesday. It's Wednesday morning and the PO web site shows that it's already in Atlanta heading for my house Thursday. That's a day and a half to come from Salisbury, NC to Locust Grove, GA.
