I had a really outstanding experience with Scott at USA Made Blade this week. I called to ask about a knife they had in stock. Couldn't get through on the phone so I had decided to go in a different direction. Within 15" Scott called me back even though I didn't leave a message or a call back #. That's how closely he pays attention to his customers.
I spent a good 15 minutes on the phone asking about a knife and asking him to interpret what I was looking for and tell me whether that knife would work. He got one out for me, described the knife's F&F, checked the action and answered a ton of questions about it, then boxed up that very same knife to ship to me.
This was Tuesday afternoon, yesterday. Today at noon, the knife rolled into my home letterbox. That's less than 24 hours to be shipped from Salisbury, NC to Locust Grove, GA. And yes, the knife is everything I was looking for.
