First off I'm not sure where to put this so here it is.
This is a run down of the great service that I got from Scott at USA made blade:
I got a ZT 0566 from Scott and when I got it the clip was loose on it. Turns out that the screws were cross threaded from the factory. I contacted Scott and he said to send the knife back to him (after I striped the screws out trying to remove them) and he would try putting new screws in. He also said that if he was unsuccessful at getting the screws out that he would send me a blackwash model since he was out of the normal ones. I just wanted to thank him for taking the time out of his schedule to deal with this issue that wasn't his fault and was out of his control. I will be a returning customer for sure. I would also highly recommend working with Scott. The customer service I received was above and beyond.
