Been carrying this in my wallet for years, only really used it a few times and even then I had another knife on me, so it's time to finally let it go...
It's been sharpened once, and has a few dings/scratches on it, but the edge is in good condition and overall it's a great user and a unique piece.
I'll post a photo of mine later tonight, but here's one of the same size and shape I found online (mine doesn't have the dimples cut into it - mine has the Blackwood gargoyle logo - that's laser etched IIRC):
