I carried this phone for about a year before recently upgrading to an ASUS ROG. The phone is in functional working order. There are expected small scratches here and there. The plastic that's meant to cover the lower speaker came off. The speak works fine but, cosmetically, its obvious the plastic is missing (please see pics.)
