Other than the few marks on the Shiro F3 blade, who ground the heel of the blade creating that choil/enlarged sharpening notch? The blade definitely isn’t the stock profile any longer and I think that’s a detail that should be disclosed since the knife has been taken apart and taken to the grinder to be modified.

No idea I'm afraid, I bought it as is?
