Selling my Spyderco triangle sharpmaker.
It's been used but has lots of life left. The meidum rods show some smoothening at corners. These can be replaced at fairly cheap price. I use free hand sharpening now and have no use of it.
It's the same as this one:

me too. i waited for about 6 months for a used one....then finally just bought a new one. somebody should snap this up....

Can you send pics to me as well? I am currently looking for a sharpener and am interested in this one.

If neither of the other guys takes it I'd be interested in it also, but I'd like to know what sharpeners you have that are going with it also.

Even still, I'm interested in it.

I have one pair of medium rods and one pair of fine rods, both are original rods that came with the kit. Last time I used it for my paramilitary, I put a polished edge in about 100 passes on the medium and another on the fine. Hope this helps.

Sorry guys, I have to withdraw the sharpmaker. My wife wants it for sharpening kitchen knives, and it is much easied for her than free-hand sharpeming.

Hi.
I've just seen the video and I don't like the Triangle Sharpmaker too much.

The rods are fixed (*) in a certain angle but no device is used to hold the edge knife perfectly vertical. The quality of the job depends on your skill.

What about non-straight edges?.
Besides keeping the proper rolling angle we need another device to keep the pitching angle (the point elevation) in such a way that the edge is always perpendicular to the rod in order to get always the same bevel.

(*) but they move a little bit.
